скорее всего роутер ,я попробую

я недавно переустанавливал систему ,Windows чистый ,до переустановки было то же самое

ТС скачал неедавно ,так что пока не подключался ни разу ,но вот анагогичная проблема есть и ещё одной программой, то есть игрой (World OF Tanks) там я тоже не могу зайти на сервер (точнее меня кидает и сразу выкидывает) но я этого не вижу ,только окно загрузки ,а потом "вы отключены от сервера".
Но дело не в этом ,иногда получается зайти ,но только тогда ,когда Wi-Fi не юзается другими устройствами, да и то не всегда

попробовал ,не получилось, проблема осталась

пробовал прокси поюзать, тож не помогло ,знасит это не бан по IP-шнику

переустановил, ничего не поменялось

Брандмауэр тоже отключал

Получается, уже пробовал, поэтому и написал: знаю ,что проблема в компьютере

трассеровку вроде сделал и отправил на support@cleanvoice.ru хотя интерфейс скачанной программы не соответствовал интерфейсу на картинке
